Jones & Taylor Lifecare Connections LLC (JTL Connections) transcends the conventional notion of a service provider; it stands as a compassionate initiative born from the shared vision of two young men whose connection was ignited in the workplace. Our genesis story embodies the spirit of empathy and profound commitment to serving individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. These narrative fuels our unwavering mission to create a transformative impact in the lives we touch. To join our program, you have to be serviced by the Division of Developmental Disabilities. 

 The Connection Center 

We offer a variety activities that will inspire every individual who attends  the Connection Center. Our program caters to our Individual's wants and   needs as well as mentoring each and every individual to be their best.  The Connection Center has several rooms including: the Atelier Room (Arts & Crafts),  the Play House (Game Room),  the Tough Enough Room (Gym Room),  the Internet Cafe (Computer Room),  Sensory Room,   Sciago Room (Science and Living Creatures Room),  and Cinema 1  (Movie Theatre).  We also offer transportation, lunch, snacks,  weekly field trips,  community service (Food bank, Amazon Giveaway, Meal on Wheels) and monthly socials (Prom, Dinner Dances, Fundraisers, Holiday Parties).
